Event Submission Form

Date and time of event	For example “28 March, 7-9pm” or “1st Wednesday of each month, 7pm”.
Title of event and venue	Please enter the title of the event and where it is taking place, using not more than 25 words in total. If the event or the organisation hosting it have a website, feel free to include the URL. Please do not use ALL capital letters!
Contact information	Please enter a name, email address and, preferably, telephone number that people can contact for more details of the event. For example, “Joe Bloggs, j.bloggs@anywhere.edu, 213-314-4154”.
